1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the website at helpit.in or purchasing any digital service, consultation, or technical support from HelpIt Digital Solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Scope of Services
We provide professional digital services including website development, Google Maps & Local SEO setup, Android app development, Chrome extensions, document processing, and remote technical support. All services are digital and remote in nature.
3. Services We Strictly Prohibit & Decline
Clients shall not request, nor will HelpIt Digital Solutions provide, any of the following:
- Physical hardware repair, laptop part replacement, or motherboard/screen repair.
- On-site or physical device installations (CCTV cameras, WiFi routers, printers, Smart TVs).
- Buying or selling YouTube channels, fake followers, or subscriber bots.
- Posting or soliciting fraudulent, fake, or manipulated Google reviews.
- Unauthorized access or hacking into social media, email, or third-party accounts.
- Handling, storing, or receiving passwords or two-factor authentication codes.
- Creating spam or duplicate Google Business Profiles.
- Bypassing software licenses, Windows activation hacks, or digital copyright piracy.
4. Payment Terms & Invoicing
For fixed-scope services, payments are processed upfront via Razorpay Payment Links. For custom projects, an advance deposit (typically 50%) is required prior to project kickoff, with the balance due upon delivery. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).
5. Client Cooperation & Remote Access
For remote technical support, clients agree to install legitimate remote assistance software (AnyDesk or TeamViewer) and supervise the engineer's session. The client may disconnect the session at any time.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gautam Buddha Nagar / Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
